My practice is centered around helping people reconnect with their inherent goodness.

So many of us walk around with a deep sense of unworthiness, a feeling that there's something wrong, finding ourselves in conflict with others, lacking purpose, and disconnected from our true selves. This is uncomfortable, painful even. In response to this discomfort, we develop all sorts of means to cope: drugs and alcohol, work, money, sex, video games, or TV. Or, we try to fix what’s “wrong” through perfectionism, achievement, therapy, or spirituality. We try to avoid or fix our insecurities out of fear, allowing them to grow.

Instead of trying to fix "what's wrong," I will walk with you as you rediscover your own goodness. I will practice with you and show you a way of loving and accepting the different aspects of yourself, your life, and others and transform feelings of "not enough" into wholeness. Often, this kind of work leads to a stronger sense of self and peace.

I'm not saying it will be easy. It will take tremendous courage and effort. But, it's possible - and it's worth it.
